Prism hand dyes a full range of classic, luxury and novelty fibers, including unusual "Double Dyes"--yarns of combination fibers (usually rayon and nylon) that dye with different types of dye, allowing them to layer color upon color. Cashmere, silk, angora, kid mohair, alpaca, novelty nylons and more make up the Prism Yarn Collection. Prism yarns accept dye well, pill little, and behave themselves once they are knitted.

‘Beat the Winter Blahs’ Special Event at Lantern Moon!
On Thursday, March 5th at 6:30 p.m. join us at the Lantern Moon Warehouse in Portland for an evening to celebrate knitting, view the fashion show from the January National Needle Arts show, and learn about what’s new in knitting from local area yarn retailers. Refreshments will be provided and there will be an opportunity to purchase Lantern Moon products at 20% off retail prices.
