Arwen recently finished the Horai Scarf by Hiroku Fukatsu, a free pattern featured on Hiroku's blog and Ravelry.
Luna, color Blue Moon #25
The Yarn:
Luna by Stacy Charles is a lace weight blend of 71% mohair/20% silk /9% metallic making it fluffy, soft and just the right amount of sparkle. Each ball has 232 yds with a gauge of 23 stitches per 4 inches on a US 4 knitting needle or a size 2.75mm (C) crochet hook. Luna is $13.95 a ball and comes in beautiful colors.
We all love this yarn!

The Cowl:
Arwen changed the pattern a bit to make the scarf into a cowl, knitting it flat then seaming it together at the end. Knit on a US 10 1/2 knitting needle, she doubled the yarn and used 3 balls of Luna in color Sunbeam #26.
It turned out lovely!

Emily also used Luna recently for her New Year's sweater. The pattern is called Lalou by Rosemary Hill.
She used color Stormy Skies #23 along with beads. It's such a beautiful sweater.
