Debbie Bliss Day Photos

We had such a fun time with Debbie Bliss and her wonderful daughter Nell. Her presentation was amazing and was followed with a fabulous fashion show...and she surprised the crowd by having them model the garments!
It was a good night.
We laughed, drank, ate cake and tried on 50 of her newest garments. We want to knit everything she brought from her new books.
Thank you Debbie!
Check out more photos of this fun night here: Debbie Bliss Day!

Debbie Bliss knitted flags from her latest book, The Knitter's Year.

Debbie and her daughter Nell signing a books for Michael.

Some of her many beautiful sweaters. We got a special preview of some of her new designs

This dress looked so great on everyone

Julie wearing a beautiful cowl in a new Debbie Bliss yarn, Glen.

Emily modeling the dress, she has to make this now...

Chunky cardigan in Como, from Snow Queen booklet.
Julie already ordered the yarn to make one for herself.
She's going to have a cozy winter.

Martha modeling a sweet cardigan.

Julie and Susan look so cute in these cardigans.

Annie in a tweed cardigan with plaid pockets and elbows.
It's like a modern, stylish grandpa sweater.

We all got to play with the sweaters.

Beautiful cardigan on Joyce.

Debbie's knit baseball glove. She threw the first pitch at the Mariners game in Seattle the next day!

I am so glad I drove from California to meet Debbie at your store event. It was such a wonderful evening with Debbie, Nell and the Yarn Garden ladies!

BTW, Annie, do you know the name of the adorable tweed cardigan with Tartan pockets that you modeled?

Best,
Lisette

Thanks! Not sure what the pattern is called quite yet. It's either in a new booklet or the magazine that should be shipping to us soon. I'll let you know as soon as we get it!
Glad you had fun, we sure did!
